Multi-tenant buildings — office parks, mixed-use properties, strip malls, medical plazas — are among the most complex facilities to clean. The challenges go beyond square footage: you're managing different tenant expectations, shared spaces, varying access schedules, and the constant visibility of common areas that directly affect tenant retention.

Challenge 1: Inconsistent Tenant Expectations

Suite A wants their office cleaned Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Suite B wants daily. Suite C doesn't want anyone in their space after 7pm. Suite D has medical-grade requirements. A cleaning company that assigns one person to "do the building" will fail.
