Last Updated: March 27, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Cleaning Beez LLC ("we," "our," or "the Company") for commercial cleaning services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all cleaning services provided by Cleaning Beez LLC to commercial clients in the Metro Detroit area.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Provided
Cleaning Beez LLC provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services as outlined in the service agreement or quote provided to each client. Services may include but are not limited to:
- Office and corporate facility cleaning
- Medical and dental office environmental cleaning
- Industrial and warehouse cleaning
- Retail and hospitality facility cleaning
- Educational institution cleaning
- Specialty services such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and window washing
The specific scope, frequency, and details of services are defined in the individual service agreement or written quote provided to and accepted by the Client.
3. Re-Clean Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us. If a Client is not satisfied with the quality of a completed cleaning service, the following re-clean policy applies:
- Notification Window: The Client must notify Cleaning Beez within 24 hours of the completed service to request a re-clean. Requests made after 24 hours will be handled at the Company's discretion.
- Scope of Re-Clean: The re-clean will address the specific areas or tasks identified as unsatisfactory by the Client. It does not constitute a full repeat of the original service unless the Company determines it is warranted.
- One Re-Clean Per Service Visit: Each completed service visit is eligible for one (1) complimentary re-clean. Additional re-cleans beyond the first may be subject to charges.
- Reasonable Standards: Re-clean requests must relate to tasks within the agreed scope of service. Requests for services not included in the original agreement are not covered under this policy.
- Access Required: The Client must provide reasonable access to the facility for the re-clean to be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe.
This policy does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any kind. The Company reserves the right to evaluate all re-clean requests on a case-by-case basis and to decline requests that are deemed unreasonable, outside the scope of the original service, or made in bad faith.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable effective service delivery, the Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the facility during agreed-upon cleaning times
- Inform the Company of any hazards, safety concerns, or restricted areas prior to service
- Secure valuables, sensitive documents, and confidential materials before cleaning crews arrive
- Provide working utilities (electricity, water, lighting) necessary for cleaning services
- Notify the Company promptly of any damage, concerns, or issues related to the service
- Maintain payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are issued monthly or per service visit as agreed
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
- The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 60 days past due
6. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service arrangements with written notice as follows:
- Month-to-month agreements: 14 days written notice required
- Fixed-term contracts: As specified in the service agreement
- Individual service cancellations: Must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee
- Cancellation fee: Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost
7. Liability and Insurance
Cleaning Beez LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of property damage caused directly by our staff during a cleaning service:

- The Company will investigate all damage claims promptly and in good faith
- Verified claims will be processed through our insurance carrier
- The Company's total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the service during which the damage occurred, unless covered by insurance
The Company is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation of fixtures, or items not disclosed to the cleaning team as fragile or requiring special handling.
8. Confidentiality
Cleaning Beez LLC and its staff will treat all client facilities and any information encountered during service as confidential.
